What I love most about working in sports is probably the part most people don’t ... the long hours, the long seasons, and the constant pressure. There’s always something to figure out, something to fix, or something to create, and I genuinely enjoy that.
No two days ever feel the same. Even in tough seasons, there’s a team behind the scenes working to bring energy into the arena, and I love being part of that process. Whether it’s late nights brainstorming ideas or seeing something I worked on play in front of a crowd, it never gets old.
Some of my favorite moments are the small ones—like a grandmother chasing me down because it’s her grandchild’s birthday and she wants them on the big screen, or seeing a family light up when they catch a glimpse of themselves during a game. That’s when it really hits me that we’re not just producing content—we’re creating memories.
There’s an energy in sports you can’t really explain unless you’ve been in it—the teamwork, the unpredictability, the adrenaline of live production. Being in that environment, whether I’m behind the camera or in the control room, is what I enjoy most.
